Terms of  Sale of  Toidu Kuivamise OÜ

The owner of the web shop www.vegania.ee (here in after web shop) is Toidu Kuivatamise OÜ (registry code 14052101), located in Pärnu county, Tori parish, Oore village, Metsavahi 86812
Validity of sales contract, commodity and price information

1.1 The Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the web shop.

1.2 The prices of the products sold in the web shop are indicated on the products. Fees for delivery of the goods will be added to the price.

1.3 All prices in the web shop are in euros and include 20% VAT.

1.4 The web shop has the right to change the displayed prices at any time. If the buyer has submitted and paid for the order, the seller undertakes to deliver the products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order.

1.5 The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

1.6 Information about the goods is provided at the web shop immediately after the goods.

2.1 To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee that can be paid via the bank link or by invoice is then displayed. The invoice will be sent to the buyer’s email.

2.2 The agreement shall enter into force on the receipt of the amount due to the current account of  Toidu Kuivatamise OÜ.

2.3 If the ordered goods cannot be delivered in connection with the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) shall be returned immediately, but not later than within 14 days of the notification.

3.1 The web shop supplies all products in the manner chosen by the buyer. The goods are shipped to the nearest Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel terminal all over Estonia.

3.2 The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed on the shipping method.

3.3 The parcel will be sent to the destination selected by the parcel terminal customer. To receive a parcel, you need to select the appropriate machine location where you want to get the parcel and add the correct mobile number.

3.4 Upon receipt of the invoice to the bank account of Toidu Kuivatamise OÜ, the goods will be shipped within 1-5 working days. Goods are not delivered at weekends. For prompt delivery, please be careful and provide valid and valid data when you enter your shipping details when placing your order.

3.5 By prior agreement, the buyer can pick up the goods himself, in which case we will send the respective e-mail to the buyer when the goods are ready for delivery.

Right of withdrawal
4.1 After the order has been received, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

4.2 The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

4.3 In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods as they are permitted to be tested in the physical store. Pursuant to clause 53 (4) 41) of the Law of Obligations Act, goods which are not returned for packaging, used or damaged (incl. Damaged packaging), unless the packaging has been damaged during transport and upon receipt of the goods by courier service, a notice to the delivery note or receipt of the goods arriving at the parcel terminal has been immediately notified Toidu Kuivatamise OÜ on receipt of goods with damaged packaging.

4.4 In order to return the goods, you must submit an application for the withdrawal of the goods and send it to info@vegania.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods. The application for withdrawal must contain the following information: order number, name and quantity of goods to be returned, account number.

4.5 The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is the fact that the thing to be returned does not correspond to the ordered item (eg a wrong or defective item).

4.6 The buyer shall be reimbursed for the cost of the goods and the cost of delivery. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

4.7 The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the Carrier within the aforementioned period.

4.8 Upon receipt of the returned goods, the web shop returns to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the agreement. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the purchase was made

4.9 The web shop may refuse to make refunds until the subject matter of the agreement has been recovered or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item.

4.10 If the Buyer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest ordinary way of delivery offered by the web shop, the web shop shall not be required to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the usual delivery method.

4.11 The web shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly below the market price of the goods due to error.

Right to file a claim

5.1 The web shop is responsible for the lack of conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that existed from the time the goods were delivered to the Buyer.

5.2 The Buyer has the right to contact the web shop within two months at the latest, by sending an e-mail to info@vegania.ee

5.3 If the goods purchased from the web shop are defective, for which the web shop is responsible, the web shop shall repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the web shop shall return to the buyer all fees due to the sales contract.

5.4 The web shop shall not be liable for any damage caused to the buyer or delay in the delivery of the goods. If the delay or delay in delivery of the goods is due to circumstances that the web shop could not influence or foresee.

5.5 The web shop shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

6.1 The web shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.

6.2 The web shop transmits the personal data to the transport companies to deliver the goods.

6.3 Encrypted data communication with banks when making purchases guarantees the buyer the security of personal bank identifiers and does not have access to the seller.

Solving arguments

7.1 If the buyer has any complaints regarding the web shop, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@vegania.ee

7.2 If the buyer and the seller are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Protection Committee’s data is available on the Consumer Protection Board’s website.
