The berry rolls are always made from fresh berries. The raw material is carefully selected and of high quality. The berries are mainly from the farmsteads of Estonian farms, where no plant protection products have been used. Dolomite with high magnesium content has been used for fertilization. The raw mixture is dried at low temperature 40c + -2c for about 48-56 hours, depending on the raw material. Because the temperature is low and the drying period is therefore long, a special method is used to prevent fermentation.
